Requests received after the return window may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

3. Return Approval Process
Once we receive your return request:
Our team will review the request.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
The customer must ship the item according to the instructions provided.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund until the returned item has been inspected and verified.
4. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing may take up to 5 to 7 days after approval.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges

8. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns
